Returns & Refunds

We hope you'll be pleased with your purchase. If you should change your mind and wish to return anything purchased from us we'll be happy to refund the goods within 14 days, provided the return is made in accordance with the returns and refunds policy below:

Reasons to Return:

Surplus to Requirements, Ordered Incorrect Item or Maybe You've Changed Your Mind

• We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
• We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery or purchase in store, but only where products are not listed as non-returnable (see list below).
• They must be unopened, unused and in a fully resalable condition. 
• Please note where applicable the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Returning a Product Because it Has a Fault

• If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to cancel the contract or get the product repaired or replaced or to get some or all of your money back.

• Where the manufacturer has provided a helpline, repair service or warranty, we recommend you to contact the manufacturer directly.

• If you need help getting in touch with the product manufacturer let us know by emailing info@gblbuilders.co.uk

You must return product within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Products Not Eligible For Refunds:

• Perishable products
• Plaster-based products, and cementations goods
• Products with a short shelf life or sell-by date
• Made-to-measure or bespoke products and cut sheet materials
• Opened chemicals or liquids
• Opened toilet seats
• Opened sealed/sensitive electrical goods such as circuit boards
• Copper pipes where damage cannot be ruled out
• Specially ordered products (for in-store customers only)
• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Once  we receives your returned product, they will process your refund within 3-5 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
